I'm almost certain that I've posted about this report previously but these two articles made me consider it again.

Just scratching the surface...If you dive into this report you'll find that Portugal ranks 117 on Labor Market Efficiency (p. 21). Need I say more? 


Greece nº 83;

Ireland nº 29;  


Canada nº 10;
