Oh! the pure flavor of Google!

This was something that I've been eagerly waiting for! I wanted to get the new Google blue bar (black bar in Gmail) and all I got was the old classic homepage and bar.

But there's workaround. Try google.com/ncr (ncr=no country redirect) and you'll get "the pure flavor of Google that has all the new features and it's not biased towards the pages from a certain country". (here)

Now, I get the black bar in Gmail

and the blue bar in G Docs, for example

You can also use http://www.google.com/ncr as your homepage. Works great!
