I'm sure that management at Google is not focused only on these 10 management principles but they show the fundamentals of running a great company like Google. I would dare to say that these are some of the key principles that every company should follow to be successful.
1- Don't be afraid to be an asshole
2- Focus on the long term
3- Make decisions based on data
4- Make sure everyone is on board with decisions
5- Give people the chance to grow within the company
6- Be transparent with employees
7- Take HR seriously
8- Have a high bar for hiring
9- Find the best, not the biggest, partners for your company
10- Make sure you have an exciting future
