Ontario sets the parade

Change the World 2009 was a brilliant plan to make young people active in their participation in their 20 local communities through volunteering actions. It had the objective of gathering 10 000 Ontario youth volunteering for five hours during the National Volunteer Week, April 19-25, 2009.

I think this kind of governmental actions are very important because they focus on sustainable communities, creating stronger bonds between people and institutions. It fights social problems like poverty and it helps creating better people.
